2. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. For contracts relating to multiple goods delivered separately, the period may start upon receipt of the last item when applicable under Article 6:230o Dutch Civil Code.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form suggested by EU guidance but it is not mandatory. Meeting the deadline is sufficient if you send notice before the period expires.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received, including outbound delivery costs at the standard rate if you were charged, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from when we receive the goods back or from when you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise; you do not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement beyond what the law permits.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof of return. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days after communicating withdrawal, unless we offer collection.
4. Return shipping costs
You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we state otherwise or unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied. Use reasonable packaging to prevent damage during transit. Retain proof of shipment until the return is completed.
5. Sealed food supplements
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be withdrawn once unsealed after delivery, where applicable under Article 6:230p(3) Dutch Civil Code. If you open sealed Phytovitalyx packaging, withdrawal may be excluded to the extent permitted by law. If goods arrive damaged or defective, different rules apply under legal guarantee provisions.
6. Defective or non-conforming products
If an item lacks conformity at delivery, consumer remedies under Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination depending on circumstances. Notify us within a reasonable time after you discover or should have discovered the lack of conformity. Provide photographs where they help establish transit damage.
7. Inspection and restocking
Returned goods may be inspected for completeness and condition. A deduction may be made for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning, consistent with Article 6:230o(2) Dutch Civil Code.
8. Refund timing and partial returns
If you return part of a bundle where pricing was promotional, we may recalculate the refund consistent with the commercial terms stated at purchase. Gift cards or promotional credits are handled according to their terms.
9. Business customers
Business purchasers are not consumers for mandatory withdrawal rights unless otherwise agreed. Commercial return conditions depend on individual contracts and statutory default rules for purchase agreements.
10. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve return disputes pragmatically. Consumers may refer to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. National consumer associations can provide guidance.

You may copy and complete the following text if you wish to communicate withdrawal clearly. Completion is optional; any clear statement within the period is sufficient.

12. International consumers
If you are located outside the Netherlands but within the EU, mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence remain available where they cannot be derogated from by agreement. Cross-border returns may involve longer transit times and customs processes when goods move between jurisdictions; duties paid are handled according to carrier and customs rules unless defective goods procedures apply.
13. Environmental note
Where possible, reuse outgoing packaging for returns to reduce waste. Do not include unrelated items in return parcels because this complicates processing.
